MemoServ takes what is basically a real-time medium, and adds messaging to users not currently online. Kinda like email, but more limited.

Commands:
- Send - /msg MemoServ SEND <recipient> <message>
- Send a message from your nick to recipient nick.
- Your nick and the recipient nick must be registered
- Due to IRC protocol limits, a memo is limited to 400 chars.
- CSend - /msg MemoServ CSEND <channel> <level> <message>
- Send a message from your nick to all members of <channel> that are <level> or higher.
- List - /msg MemoServ LIST
- List memos sent to your current nick [group].
- Read - /msg MemoServ READ <num|LAST>
- Read a given memo, or if LAST, the last memo you received.
- Delete - /msg MemoServ DELETE <num|ALL>
- Delete a given memo number, or ALL memos.
- Ignore - /msg MemoServ IGNORE [ADD|DEL|LIST] [<nick>]
- Prevents people on the IGNORE list from sending you memos.
- Only registered users can be added to the IGNORE list.
- If a person on the IGNORE list tries to send you a memo, the ignored person is notified.
- A good way to stop those who are spamming you. If they get around this by registering another nick, notify SC Staff.
