*Command overview:
**PROTECT - Protect your nick from unauthorized use.
**PASSWORD - Change your password.
**EMAIL - Change your email address.
**HIDEMAIL - Hide your email address from other users.
**NOMEMO - Block memos sent to this nick.

**NEVEROP - Prevent ChanServ from automatically granting you channel operator status.
**AUTH - Prevent others from adding you to channel access lists without authorization from you.

The following settings are available:

** Protect your nick from unauthorized use.
** Four options for <value> are possible:
*** OFF: anyone may use your nick without authorization. Not recommended.
*** ON: users of your nick must identify within one minute or their nick will be changed. This is the default.
*** HIGH: users must identify before using your nick or their nick will be changed immediately.

* Password: /msg NickServ SET PASSWD <newpass>

* No memo: /msg NickServ SET NOMEMO <on|off>

* No op: /msg NickServ SET NOOP <on|off>
** Prevent your nick from being added to channel access lists.

** Prevent ChanServ from automatically granting you your channel status when you join.
** You still have the access, and may ask for it at any time after you join

* Authorize: /msg NickServ SET AUTH <on|off>
