Global noticer for mIRC

1. Type the following (ONLY one slash!):

 /set %globalto $*.uk,$*.com,$*.net,$*.org

2. Put the following in Aliases:

 notall { raw notice %globalto :[Global Notice] $1- }

3. Test by typing

 /notall  hay guyz
