- SecurityBot doesn't use the new interface. [fixed]
- CS do_status() had a bogus call to kickban(). used $nick instead of $user [fixed]
- BS bot_say() doesn't pass $user into can_do() [patch available/trivial]
- may have similar bugs elsewhere.
