- The server password in the config file is not used.

- /ns set gives a confusing response when a non-existent setting is specified
- /ns acc is broken.
- Merging nicks is broken.
- Race conditions exist when changing nicks right after connecting. [possibly fixed]
- user table entries don't expire properly
- Dropping a nick would not unidentify the user [fixed]
