NickServ

• chk_pass() used nickid in several calls to adminserv functions, where $user should be used

ChanServ

• CS do_status() had a bogus call to kickban(). used $nick instead of $user

BotServ

• Sometimes BotSay said permission denied when permission was actually granted.
• BotServ INFO
  • info about a bot, like flags, and what channels its assigned to (and possibly which channels currently inhabiting)
