Commands:
- Register - /msg ChanServ REGISTER <channel> [password] [a description of the channel]
- Registers a channel in the ChanServ database. In order to use this command, you must first have a registered nick (see NickServ) and be a channel operator on the channel you're trying to register.
- When you register a channel, you are recorded as the "Founder" of the channel. The channel founder is allowed to change all of the channel settings for the channel; ChanServ will also automatically give the founder channel-operator privileges when s/he enters the channel.
- Password is not used on SurrealServices
- /ChanServ Set- Change various channel configuration settings
- AKick - /msg ChanServ AKICK <channel> <ADD|DEL|LIST> [nick|mask] [reason]
- Maintains the AutoKick list for a channel. If a user on the AutoKick list attempts to join the channel, ChanServ will ban that user from the channel, then kick the user.
- the AKICK ADD command adds the given nick or hostmask to the AutoKick list.
- The AKICK DEL command removes the given nick or mask from the AutoKick list. It does not, however, remove any bans placed by an AutoKick; those must be removed manually.
- The AKICK LIST command displays the AutoKick list.
- /ChanServ Levels /msg ChanServ LEVELS <channel> <SET/LIST/RESET/CLEAR>
- Info - /msg ChanServ INFO <channel>
- Lists information about the named registered channel, including its founder, successor (if any), time of registration, last time used, description, and mode lock, if any.

- Access list manipulation - /msg ChanServ <type> <channel> <add|del|list> [nickname]

- ADD adds the given nickname to the specified access list type. The nickname must be registered.
- DEL deletes the given nickname from the specified access list type.
- LIST lists all nicknames who have access of the type specified to the channel.
- You can use /msg ChanServ ALIST <channel> to list all nicknames with access to the channel.
- You can use /msg ChanServ COUNT <channel> to see the total number vops, aops, etc, on the channel access list.
- UOP has no corresponding IRCd mode; by default all a UOP can do is invite herself in, list the access levels, and join when the channel is restricted.
- For CF, SOP, AOP, HOP, VOP, and UOP, WIPE can replace <add|del|list> to clear an entire access list.
- AUTH allows channel SOPs to delete old/stale entries from the pending access list. In this case, there is no ADD parameter.
