Another bugfix release.
0.3.7.3 was never officially released, but was deployed on one network.
The two bugs below would probably never be a problem on that network.
- Default disable NOQUIT support
- fix broken successor deletion
- probably saturn's bug, missed the conversion implications for nickreg.id
- add some more ->finish() to various places in re successor/founder setting
- Really minor, only done b/c it silences some warnings at shutdown
- Less hardcoding of Services' Agent names
- Eventually they should be configurable from the config-file
- Don't allow UNLINK LINK or DROPGROUP on F_FREEZE nicks.
- Security problem.
- FREEZE is often used in cases of stolen nicks
